Before you contact us to track an order, get a confirmation, or verify that an order was received please verify that your order number starts with twstore- (e.g. twstore-1234).
If you don't have your order number, and you did not order from Tech World at twstore.com, you are on the wrong page.
We get tons of requests from buyers that find this page via Google, because our marketing guys do such a great job of indexing our pages. The bad news is we are not an order locator service for Yahoo. The good news is that we can point you in the right direction by using one of the links below:
If you have signed up with Yahoo! (they host our web store), you can track an order placed at any Yahoo! store through the Yahoo Cart which will display all Yahoo! Shopping sites you have ordered from using Yahoo!.
If you haven't signed up with Yahoo!, or if you didn't use a Yahoo account to place your order, you will need to use the link that was emailed to you in your order confirmation or the UPS tracking link sent in the shipment confirmation.
Finding the store you bought from:
To go to the sellers website, find the store ID in the order number (eg. someotherstore-1234 or yhst-90033331584552-570). Enter the store address in your browser like this: http://store.yahoo.com/someotherstore or http://store.yahoo.com/yhst-90033331584552. This will take you to the seller's site and you can find proper cntact information there.

Holiday Delivery times
Ground shipment delivery times within two weeks of the Christmas, Chanukah, New Years are not guaranteed. To assure timely delivery, select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
Delivery times
In-stock items ship same day if your order is placed by 4pm CT. Orders placed on holidays or weekends ship on the next business day.
We ship most items from the Chicago, IL area. Some items ship from the west coast. If time is sensitive, please specify Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 day service.
Ground delivery varies depending on your location. See the UPS Ground Delivery Map for typical delivery times from Chicago.
If you are within a few hundred miles of Chicago, UPS delivery times for Ground are typically 1 or 2 days. Selecting ground service will save you money. (though Ground service does not guarantee morning delivery.) Some items ship from California, so if your order is time sensitive, please select an express service Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day.
What is an order ID?
Your OrderID (for Yahoo purposes) is twstore-XXXX, where XXXX should be replaced with order number that you received in your confirmation email. We use the order number, Yahoo adds the twstore- to the front for their processing purposes.
Where is my stuff?
You will initially receive an order confirmation from Yahoo! for your order.
We email a tracking number for each order that we ship. The order tracking information is also available for shipped order by selecting the order number in the rightmost column on the Yahoo Order Status Page
You should receive a tracking number and shipment notice the day following the placement of your order. Drop shipped items may take longer to receive tracking notices. In the event that anything is out of stock, you should receive an out of stock email notice before midnight on the day you placed your order. If you do not, please feel free to request an update by emailing sales@twstore.com and referencing your order number. Don't know your order number? Just tell us your name in the email.
If your ISP blocks DUN addresses, you may not receive emails from us, but you should receive the emails from Yahoo! for order confirmation and shipment. We cannot correct that for you, contact your ISP and complain about their heavy handed spam policy and ask them to whitelist tech-world.com and twstore.com
